Shipping and Returns Policy
Bronzed Box LLC (“Bronzed Box", "We" or “The Company”) has put into place (this “Shipping and Returns Policy”) to show (“you” or “consumer”) the correct process for any issues with Shipping, Returns or exchanges of any (“Product”) delivered by Bronzed Box.
Bronzed Box will ship all monthly subscription Products once per month. The company estimates that the products will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the time the shipping confirmation number is sent out. You have 30 day period to notify Bronzed Box that your package did not arrive. Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership. This information is also explain in the Terms and Conditions found on the bottom of our Website. Bronzed Box can be notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If You wish to return your product this must be done within 30 days and before the next monthly Bronzed Box is sent out. Products must be returned unopened and in good conditions. It is up to the sole discretion of Bronzed Box to determine the amount of the refund for any used products. A re-stocking fee of 15% may apply.
If products are being returned due to shipping damage the Company must be notified of this damage when products are delivered.
You must notify Bronzed Box at email@example.com if you will be returning your products.
If You wish to exchange your products you must notify Bronzed Box in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org and state the reason for your request for exchange. Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise is up to the discretion of Bronzed Box.
